Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Hospital reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline any request for cancellation of appointments or product/service orders. In cases where a cancellation is accepted, a cancellation fee of 15% of the applicable service or product cost may be levied. The Hospital also retains the discretion to waive this fee, in whole or in part.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame, based on the specific circumstances of each case. All refunds will be made exclusively via electronic transfer (including UPI or direct bank transfer) to the original payee’s account. Cash refunds are strictly prohibited.

The Hospital reserves the right to decline refund requests where the authenticity of the claim is deemed insufficient.
